چکیده

Due to their weak nature, such as low inertia, offshore energy hubs are prone unprecedented fast dynamic phenomena. This can lead undesired instability problems. Recent literature, with main focus on onshore systems, suggests that electrolysers could be an attractive option support wind generators in the mitigation of balancing paper presents Electromagnetic Transient (EMT) model for real-time simulation based study dynamics active power and voltage responses due speed fluctuations. The purpose this was ascertain ability electrolyser hub under different scenarios locations electrolyser. Two Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) were considered: centralised (at AC common bus hub) or distributed DC link turbines). Numerical simulations conducted RSCAD® a 2 GW 4 × 500 MW plants 330 600 PEM show effectively sudden variations, irrespective location. location beneficial prevent large spillage generation during isolation faults within hub.

Real -Time Pricing Design Considering Uncertainty of Renewable Energy Resources and Thermal Loads in Smart Grids

In this paper, a novel real time pricing design is presented for Demand Response (DR) programs. A Load Serving Entity (LSE) is responsible to provide energy for flexible loads, inflexible loads and thermal loads. The LSE consider operation conditions of system and uncertainty of renewable energy resources and it designs a Real Time Price (RTP) demand response. The inflexible and thermal loads c...
